Venus & Flora Shipping & Return Policy

All sales and purchases are final. We inspect our products before wrapping them up, however we understand things happen. If you receive a product that is defective due to spoilage or is the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will determine a resolution. Please take photos of the defective/wrong product as well. 

Any orders $75 and above qualify for free shipping otherwise a flat shipping fee of $10 will be applied at checkout.
Each order is processed and shipped out within 3 business days. You will get a notification email with tracking info once your package ships. All products ship from the same facility.

Our packaging is not fancy. We use plain boxes with the return address read as 3 Graces INC and not Venus & Flora CBD Shop for your own discretion.
Once your order/package leaves our facility, we have no control over how it is handled. If your order arrives damaged due to what may be our carelessness, please contact us with photos and description of the damages including packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Anything after that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged due to the carrier service, you must make a claim with them. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. 

We only ship domestically – no sales or shipping internationally. We do not ship to these US states: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and South Dakota.
